120 gram-pack of sun-dried, freshly-caught "Haol haol" fish that is de-gutted and smothered in salt.
COOKING TIPS :
- Pre-heat pan to medium temperature
- Add fish then lower the temperature
- Cook for a few mins on each side, until desired doneness
